Wang Chi Court (宏緻苑), a Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme estate at 7 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, will be handed over on 31 May 2026. The three-tower development offers 2,576 units across four layouts: 193 sqft compact studio, 280 sqft studio, 370 sqft one-bedroom and 466 sqft two-bedroom. The estate uses prefabricated bathroom and kitchen modules, which means renovation flexibility is concentrated in the living room, bedrooms and entryway.
ACDesign (Art Creation Interior Design) has completed multiple Wang Chi Court projects in advance of the general handover. This article walks through two showcase units: a 466 sqft two-bedroom warm Scandinavian home for a young couple with a child (HK$360,000 budget, 8-week build) and a 370 sqft one-bedroom Japanese warm-grey apartment for a single professional (HK$240,000 budget, 7-week build). Five design priorities are detailed in each case — entryway full-height shoe cabinet, custom TV-wall storage hiding the structural column, semi-open kitchen island, master bedroom built-in wardrobe and a hidden study or children’s bunk solution.
Budget guidance is provided for all four floor plans, ranging from HK$120,000 for compact studios to HK$450,000 for fully customised two-bedroom units. ACDesign recommends contacting a designer at least one month before handover to allow proper measurement, 3D rendering and joinery production timelines.
