二、業主背景與戶型選擇:兩個真實「大圍站上蓋柏傲莊 室內設計參考」
【Case A】523 呎兩房 ── 90 後 IT 夫婦 + 一隻貓 業主黃生黃太係在港返工嘅 IT 行業夫婦,平日 work from home 兼養咗一隻英短,買咗 2B 座 18 樓 C 室嘅 523 呎兩房,主要諗住通勤方便又預留未來育兒空間。佢哋揀咗現代簡約啡白拼色路線,希望客廳一進門就開揚通透,又要慳得起一間可閉門嘅工作區。
重點 5|全屋收納:地櫃、吊櫃、儲物房三軌齊發 柏傲莊兩房單位嘅全屋總線性收納平均得 15 米;ACDesign 透過玄關到天花的薄櫃 + 電視牆隱藏儲物 + 床下 18cm 升降氣壓床架 + 廁所鏡櫃 4 重設計,將 Case A 總收納推到 22 米。Case B 三房單位自帶儲物房,做法係由地板到天花安裝 L 型開放式層板(深 35cm + 60cm 兩段),既可放行李喼又可以擺四季衫,5 年內都唔會塞爆。
四、設計前 vs 設計後:業主真實反饋與柏傲莊 完工照片落差
收樓當日 vs 入伙當日嘅落差,可能係業主最大嘅成就感。設計前嘅 Case A 客廳係標準白牆 + 灰色磁磚,14 呎闊已經顯得單調冷清;設計後加咗暖啡色木紋牆紙 + 米白布藝梳化 + 黃銅吊燈,黃太形容「返到屋企就好似入咗 cafe」。設計前嘅 Case B 廚房只得標準 L 型廚櫃 + 一組地櫃,吳生媽媽嘟囔「煮兩餸都迫到唔郁」;設計後加咗早餐吧台 + 蒸焗爐櫃 + 隱形垃圾桶後,媽媽自己主動由沙田搬埋過嚟住。
