四、付款進度:避免一筆過大額預付
消委會多次警告,部分黑店收完訂金或第二期款項後便「人間蒸發」。穩妥嘅付款方式應該係:簽約金 10%、開工金 20%、水電完成 20%、泥水完成 20%、木工/油漆完成 20%、完工驗收後尾數 10%。切忌一筆過畀全數,亦避免轉帳到私人戶口,所有款項應入公司商業戶口並索取正式收據。
五、保留所有書面記錄
